2025 SCHEDULE: FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
INSPIRATION, CELEBRATION, MOTIVATION
FOR ALL

IMPACTFUL FRIDAY JUNE 13th: Members of the team will be visiting schools and hospitals that morning, spreading their message of inspiration and no limits. We would like to invite you and your group to our special time in the afternoon.  We will be hosting a very special meet greet and clinic for youths primarily under 16. It is sure to be impactful.  Details to follow

- ALL BELOW FRIDAY EVENTS:  TBA

 

3:30 - 4:15 The team takes the field to practice. Watch what they do. After 10 minutes you will not even realize they are missing a limb. They have no limits !

4:30 – 5:30pm: groups of 10 or will each have a player or two as a guide. They will gather at a spot on the field. Tell their stories, take questions, and interact sharing life lessons. Limits are sometimes not just physical. The stories are about overcoming anything. You can share with them. Your group will be proud, grateful and confident.


All groups will gather at 5:15pm to hear from Josh and Matias and do so pushups with Greg ( Greg is a world record holder, doing 54 one arm pushups with a 42lbs weight on his back in 60 seconds). Everyone can count or try and do it with him. Fun

5:30pm – 7:15pm TBA - BBQ FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS by SPVA. Grab hot dogs and Hambugers. The players will be there. Take pics, hang out. enjoy

SUPER SATURDAY

​Moriches Athletic Complex
Opening Ceremony 11:20am - get there early
As in the past, the opening has many special guests marching in with the team, Motorcycle Escort, Warrior Ranch, SAR-Flag, Veterans, Boy Scouts, Dan Murphy, Blue Star mom's... Veteran Groups Welcome ... intro's, pledge, anthem

​

  • 11:20 team and guests enter complex –  This will include some opening remarks by Dan Murphy (Seal of Honor Lt Michael Murphy ). Dan did the first one 12 years ago and several since. We welcome him.
     

  • Noon game starts WWASY vs Express seniors 5 innings
     

  • 1:10 at conclusion of Game 1, Matias will be reinducted on the field to the Suffolk County Sports HOF in front of his teamates
     

  • 1:30 Game vs Long Island Allstars – 8 innings
     

  • At conclusion field open for meet and greet
